More than 250 pieces of jewelry, timepieces, and precious objects trace the Maison’s relationship with the Art Deco movement — an era that shaped Van Cleef & Arpels identity through geometry, modernity, and the pursuit of harmony.
Each display tells a story of transformation: from the sleek lines of platinum and diamonds to the vivid energy of emeralds, rubies, and sapphires. These creations, drawn from the Van Cleef & Arpels patrimonial collection and select private loans, are not just treasures of the past — they reveal how beauty and craftsmanship evolve while remaining timeless.

The exhibition is also a rare chance to see how Art Deco aesthetics continue to inform contemporary high jewelry. Within the Teien’s gilded halls, visitors experience Van Cleef & Arpels’ dedication to artistry and technique as more than heritage — it’s living culture, shaped by emotion and innovation.
On display from September 27, 2025, to January 18, 2026. The exhibition highlights Van Cleef & Arpels’ vision of jewelry as a living art form — shaped by history, emotion, and design.
Located in Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum, Japan.
