Les Jardins de la Couture Collection | Dior
Dior’s Les Jardins de la Couture collection transforms the beauty of a garden into high jewellery — blending couture, imagination, and the brilliance of gemstones.
The Collection
Designed by Victoire de Castellane, Dior’s long-time Creative Director of Jewellery, Les Jardins de la Couture is a poetic journey through an enchanted garden. The collection is divided into four chapters — Buissons Couture, Galons Fleuris, Très Cher Dior, and Mini Milly — each inspired by flowers, foliage, and the intricate detailing of couture embroidery.
Every jewel feels alive, as if nature itself had been reimagined in precious stones and gold.
The Craftsmanship
Behind the collection is the meticulous work of Dior’s jewellery ateliers. Diamonds and colored stones are set one by one in delicate arrangements that resemble embroidery, creating pieces that are both rich in detail and light in appearance.
Some jewels play with whimsical proportions, where flowers become towering forms or bees take on unexpected scale — echoing a child’s imagination of a garden. The effect is playful yet sophisticated, a balance that defines de Castellane’s vision.
The Gemstones
Color is at the heart of Les Jardins de la Couture. Diamonds sparkle alongside sapphires, rubies, tourmalines, and lacquer details that deepen shades and add contrast. The palette moves from soft pastels to bold, vibrant tones, much like the changing blooms of a real garden. Each stone is chosen not only for rarity but for the harmony it brings to the overall design.
With Les Jardins de la Couture, Dior presents more than jewellery — it presents a story. A story of nature, couture, and imagination brought together through the brilliance of gemstones and the skill of artisans.
