Collezione 1967 High Jewellery Collection | Pomellato
Discover Pomellato’s Collezione 1967 — a celebration of beauty, craftsmanship, and gemstones inspired by the house’s founding year.
The Collection
Launched to honor Pomellato’s origins, the Collezione 1967 is more than jewellery — it is a manifesto. The collection brings together 75 creations that reinterpret the brand’s history through a modern lens, from sculptural chains of the 1970s to bold colors of the 1990s. Each piece is designed to feel powerful, contemporary, and unmistakably Pomellato.
The Craftsmanship
Behind every jewel lies hundreds of hours of work. Artisans shape gold into daring volumes, set diamonds with precision, and construct flexible designs that feel like wearable sculptures. One highlight, the Asimmetrico Tanzanite Necklace, required more than 700 hours of craftsmanship to achieve its modular, diamond-set structure.
The Gemstones
At the heart of Collezione 1967 are diamonds and rare colored gemstones. Rubellites, tourmalines, sapphires, emeralds, and tanzanites are paired in daring contrasts — vivid greens against fiery pinks, deep blues with sparkling whites. These stones are not chosen only for rarity, but for their ability to tell a story of light, movement, and color.
Jewellery manifesto
Pomellato describes the collection as a “jewellery manifesto” — a declaration that beauty is bold, unconventional, and modern. For collectors, these one-of-a-kind creations hold strong long-term value thanks to their rarity, heritage, and design legacy. For jewellery lovers, they are simply breathtaking pieces of art to be worn.
The collection features a number of standout stones:
55.96-carat tanzanite set in a flexible modular necklace.
22.23-carat Ceylon sapphire featured in a chain cascade design.
Rivière necklaces with green tourmalines (47.31 ct) and rubellites (50.85 ct) in angular, zigzag patterns.
Pomellato’s Collezione 1967 reflects the essence of high jewellery: exceptional craftsmanship, bold design, and the beauty of carefully chosen diamonds and gemstones. Each piece is a testament to the skill of the artisans who shaped it and the vision of a house that continues to innovate while honoring its heritage. The collection was shaped under the creative direction of Vincenzo Castaldo, who guided the collection’s architecture, motifs, and gemstone choices while reinterpreting Pomellato’s heritage across three decades.
For jewellery enthusiasts and collectors, the collection offers not only striking designs but also enduring value through its quality and artistry.
